Opus is a codec; Ogg is a container that can hold it. This page is for .opus recordings. Use OGG to MP3 for files with an .ogg extension.
Will MP3 improve the quality of my voice note?
No. Converting between lossy formats cannot restore detail already discarded. MP3 helps compatibility, and a higher bitrate can reduce additional loss.
